Frames are laminated from quarter-sawn maple and brushed aircraft-grade aluminum. Rails are honed to glide in silence. Each spring is hand-tensioned, color-coded.

Nexace is built out of a single workshop by a team of six artisans — cabinet-makers, upholsterers, and reformer instructors who've spent decades on the equipment they now build. Every frame, spring, rail and strap passes through our own hands. The first NX901 took nine months and thirty-four revisions. Eight years on, we still build them the same way: slowly, carefully, one reformer at a time.
Each reformer is inspected and signed off against a 34-point studio checklist — spring tension logged to the newton, rail glide measured in milliseconds, strap length cross-verified. A calibration certificate ships with every unit.
