We offer free shipping for all our pilates machines with Standard Ground Shipping (UPS or Fedex or equivalent logistics company) to US mainland and EU countries

TO US:

•  Normally 5-8 business days (for reference only) and plus 1-3 business days processing time (note: unless we specifiy different processing time on the listing page)
• Sometimes new stock on the way,so total delivery time to you may up to 15-25 days ,if this is true ,this shipping info will show you at product listing page and checkout steps

• Shipping service not availalble for Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. territories.
• Shipping service not availalble for APO or FPO addresses in US
• PO box address not acceptable

TO EU countries

• Normally 5-8 business days (for reference only) and plus 1-3 business days processing time
• Sometimes new stock on the way,so total delivery time to you may up to 20-30 days ,if this is true ,this shipping info will show you at product listing page and checkout steps
• If your address is in a remote area,islands etc that out of shipping service range,we will inform you to cancel the order
•  NO taxs or fees for customers to pay. We responsible

Special Note

• If any damage to the carton box when you receive, please sign firstly,if possible, note any damaged crates/boxes on the delivery slip.then You must report any damage discovered AFTER unpacking to us within 48 hours of receipt. Retain all packing materials.Photographs, if possible, are a very helpful tool in preparing an insurance claim.
• Depending on the extent of the damage of inside content, we will either ship replacements parts and/or replace the item.
